Company personnel are subjected to various trainings with the belief that education is the most important factor affecting quality in terms of ensuring customer satisfaction.

Our Education Strategy;
1. Technical Trainings:
Orientation Trainings; It is carried out with an orientation coach for one month and creates a reference value for technical competence within the trial period.

Sectoral Trainings;
These are periodic trainings given to business units to have technical knowledge about the work they have done. Although technical issues are explained in the adaptation process, it is necessary to revise the existing information in certain periods or to take renewal trainings on changing issues.

2. Personal Development Trainings:
Basic Sales Training;
These are trainings that include communication elements as well as sales, aiming to increase the necessary competencies in order for people who have just started the institution to do their job better outside of their business knowledge, and subsequently aiming at behavioral change.

Advanced Sales Training;
These are the trainings that include basic communication as well as corporate communication techniques and advanced sales techniques.

Internal / External Customer Focus;
These are the trainings that the personnel working in the operation staff, who are an integral part of the sales team, should receive in order to increase internal customer satisfaction. In this way, it is aimed that the operations staff, who support the sales team serving external customers, speak the same language as sales.
Coaching Sales Teams; It is the kind of training in which the coaching, which is required by the branch and regional managers, who set targets and is responsible for achieving the targets, should be taken in terms of sales. Training of trainers; It is a training that should be taken by at least Expert 2 level people to increase the stage skills of those who have the technical competence to provide training. With these trainings, it is aimed to train experienced internal trainers.

3. Career Education:
Basic Management Skills; Rarely Specialist 2 is the basic level of management training given to those who are at least at the Specialist 3 level and whose entrance to the manager pool is approved. Subsequently, various projects will be given to the personnel as human resources and training will be supported in terms of implementation.

Advanced Management Skills;
These are the trainings that explain the advanced stages of management planned for middle level managers and above.

Coaching for Managers;
These are one-to-one coaching trainings that will be planned for senior managers who have advanced management skills and that progress will be recorded in stages with the logic of the session.

4. Information Technologies Trainings:
Software Group Trainings;
These are technical trainings planned for open participation or within the organization at a level that should be taken with the approval of the manager of the relevant unit and will improve the work we have done.

Hardware Group Trainings;
These are technical trainings planned for open participation or within the organization at a level that should be taken with the approval of the manager of the relevant unit and will improve the work we have done.

Internal / External Customer Focus;
These are the trainings that will increase the internal customer satisfaction that the IT personnel, who work in the operation and marketing staff and have a relationship with all personnel, are an integral part of the team. In this way, empathy competence will be increased between all personnel serving external customers and technical personnel.
